Hopefully i will get a response from houzz with this!
sadly we have not had a great experience with HOUZZ PRO, we signed up under the impression we were going to be targeted to certain areas in the city, this has certainly not been the case, had a meeting set up with someone to help us in terminating our contract due to not getting what we were sold and asking to make a complaint, we missed it and immediately rebooked, no one showed up to this meeting, we immediately asked to reschedule, we had no response, we then got a response asking to reschedule. Before we could reply saying the date and time was not suitable we had already received an email invitation to that meeting, i quickly responded again asking for the complaints procedure and to terminate contract and for full refund, we have yet to receive a reply despite me sending several emails. i cannot find a complaint help section anywhere on the website. really not happy about our experience and will be taking this further.

Security Warning, possible source of phishing attack
I was Unsure if the company was safe, so I used a unique email specifically for them only.
I have received a spoof / phishing email asking me to click a link, pretending to be from Currys saying I've won a Makita drill (which Currys dont sell), but the email address it has been sent to is the unique one used for the Houzz registration. So either they are the source of the attack or there's someone working there breaching security.

The support from the team is wonderful. Houzz pro is a great tool especially for a new business, as everything is on hand from client database, cad system and much more, as well as helping to built your website. Highly recommended

False advertising moderates all negative reviews and refuses to publish
Don't be scammed by pros positive reviews. I used Summit architecture ltd because of 100% positive reviews. They went into liquidation took all my money after I got a county court judgement against them. Yet Oliver Newell and Nicolette Lever Carver are able to open a new company doing exactly the same but supposedly now a cheaper online company. They were shockingly unprofessional and unskilled and took loads of money up front. Lost thousands of pounds. Houzz however refuse to publish any negative reviews and I have read on trust pilot that there were others like me who lost a lot of money.

Total waste of time and money
Total waste of time and money. I've been signed up now for 13 months. My first client success manager was great and helped me get going. Unfortunately after 2 months I was given a new "client success manager" she failed to turn up to 3 video calls to help me get my page running. I lost 3 days wages for these no shows. Not even an apology from her. I asked to cancel my subscription as I had had not a single call from her in 11 months and was left rendered with a completely pointless setup I had no idea how to use .

Mixed emotions
We’ve been able to create a professional platform for our business. It’s easy to update and interact with current leads
We aren’t getting the number of leads we thought we might we’d have by now. After 6 months on the platform, I thought our monthly leads would be up to 5-10. Instead we are on around 2 and some aren’t in our area.
Any advice on how to improve this?

Fake Reviews, Poor Customer Service & Rollover Contracts
I am an architect who uses Houzz Pro for marketing purposes. Houzz recently published a review of my services on their website which is fake, libellous and supported by a falsified invoice. Houzz have, to date, refused to take down this review. The response from Support has been appalling, the advice being that negative reviews lend authenticity to my service. I am grateful that I have never availed of any of the features of Houzz Pro apart from marketing, as I am wary of ceding control of my affairs and data to Big Tech. Their rolling annual contracts are infuriating.

Houzz a great platform for specialist…
Houzz a great platform for specialist professionals, having used the platform for two years now. I find the leads to be of high quality, in addition the support team and your personal account manager to be very attentive, and always at the end of a call when need be. I could not highly recommend Houzz Pro.

Old ref: HU-3746890958, Classic Kitchen. I am pleased to write that Classic Kitchen supplied a new up to date oven and while their fitter was at my house he also put right two very minor things. Thank you Max and Classic Kitchen. We have had a lot of neighbours commented at the excellent workmanship and design. It is really a beautiful kitchen worth waking up in the morning. Every company boosts a good after sales service but Classic Kitchen went over and above their obligation to satisfy us. Thank you.

Excellent platform
We have been using Houzz for several year now. It is an excellent tool to expand our business and reach a broad audience with a variety of projects to tackle.
On top of that, our account manager is extremely helpful and available any time we have a query, and we feel well supported by her. We couldn't recommend this platform more!
